The book mobile would come on Saturdays to the apartment complex where we lived and everyone would race inside it to see what new books they brought. Between that and the library, I was never out of books. I had the Dewey Decimal System memorized so I could pretty much find what I wanted without the card catalog! For those of you that know what that is.

Writing and storytelling is something I have always loved and I have been an illustrator my entire adult life so combining the 2 is my true passion. Seeing a child become hooked on reading is an amazing thing to me and it is a privilege to be part of that in any way.
